Amuse Bouche Catering is led by Paul Mortimer who has trained and worked as a Chef gathering knowledge and experience, fine tuning his skills over the last 20 years. Paul has worked in senior positions at several of the top hotels and restaurants in the south of England, the Montagu Arms in Beaulieu and De Vere Hotel's to name but two. We are a forward looking company with our main focus on 3 particular areas - Quality, Flexibility and Value for money.
